In this psalm of triumphal praise, David expresses his dependance on God, asking for His blessing and benevolence while also recognizing His sovereign providence. Inviting all nations to praise, Psalm 67 looks forward to Christ, the One who has done what we couldn’t do by ourselves: bridge the chasm between us and God.
