Jeffery was born and raised in Winnipeg. He met his wife, Lisa, in high school and then married in 1999. They have two children who are now in their adult years, exploring what God is calling them to.

Jeffery has attended a variety of churches over the years, ranging in size and denomination. In 2023 the desire for a church with a strong Biblical foundation grew and God led him to Waverley in 2023. After a couple visits, he was happy to bring the rest of his family along.

Career wise, Jeffery has often found himself quickly moving into positions of leadership, training and serving others. His desire is to identify and remove barriers that are preventing people from enjoying their most fulfilling life and looks forward to using the gifts and abilities God has been equipping him with to serve the people of Waverley Church.
