Christ's Works

Think of the job description of an Israelite priest: offer repeatedly the same sacrifices every day, but they will never take away a single sin. Apart from Christ's sacrifice, our striving is just as futile. But when we put our trust in Jesus' perfect work, we find rest and freedom from sin.
