The tabernacle and the old covenant were necessary for a time, but now, because of Christ’s once-for-all sacrifice, the veil has been torn down. Christ has made a way for us to be in the presence of God. Even so, we are all susceptible to rebuilding the walls of the tabernacle in our own ways.
